Join us to make easy, closed ecosystems in mason jars! We will provide all necessary supplies, as well as snacks and water. Building a closed ecosystem demonstrates symbiotic relationships between plants and insects, as well as the oxygen cycle. We will spend some time learning about ecosystems before building our jars, take a snack break, and heading out on a guided hike to learn more about the ecosystems that exist here at Nature at the Confluence. You’ll take home your own ecosystem in a jar! This event promises to be a fun, educational program for kids ages 7-10.
Registration is $10, space limited, so act quickly! Register below. We hope to see you there!
