Tune into your body while being immersed in the sounds of nature. This beginner-friendly class is taught by Liliana Herbold, a local instructor who is passionate about making yoga accessible for all. A limited number of yoga mats and blocks will be provided, but please bring your own if you can. Please register in advance.
