If you enjoy cycling or running you have most likely heard of Strava, a free app for tracking fitness activities.
Would you like to know more about some of the features, functionality and fun you can have with the application?
In this free program we’ll explore how you can collect, analyze, track and if you’re interested, share your fitness data with family and friends. We’ll look at some of the free Strava features and the Training, Safety, and Analysis packs where you can set goals and training plans, share live location details with safety contacts, or dig deep into data collected from your GPS, power and heart rate monitors.
