Rekindle your sense of wonder on the full moon mindfulness walk. Quiet your mind and open your senses to the sights, sounds, fragrances and textures all around. Take time to connect with the land, the waters, the creatures of The Confluence, and with our own inner nature as we experience the sunset and the moonrise. No experience necessary.
The evening will begin with an indoor sound bath using singing bowls led by Michelle Taormino, followed by a guided walk outdoors led by Jessie Crow Mermel. This relaxing program is best suited to folks ages 10 and up. Space is limited to 16 participants.
