Squeezing a nature walk into your day can be difficult during the week, but the mental and physical health benefits are immense! Drop in as often as you want, or need, for a brisk walk to break up your day and connect with others. Walks are guided by a staff member and start at the fireplace. These walks are free and there is no registration.
