The Great Turtle Creek Duck Race

Support Nature At The Confluence by purchasing a rubber duck (or a handful of ducks) which will race down Turtle Creek before our Community Fire & Drum Circle on August 17th at 6:15pm. The first three ducks to cross the finish line win a prize! All funds raised help us to continue offering our many free and low-cost programs.
Prizes
1st place- Head Out: $50 gift card to Rocktown Adventures, outdoor gear from Rockford Art Deli, and a private fire and s’mores party for up to eight people at Nature At The Confluence. $200 value
2nd place- Hot ‘n Cold: $25 gift card to Dairy Haus and three pack of hot sauces from Bushel & Peck’s. $50 value
3rd place- Healing Bounty: Hand-built stoneware bowl with a matte cream glaze by Jenny Hoople of Bountiful Beloit, filled with herbs from our garden. $25 value
Online duck sales have ended, but a few remaining ducks can be purchased in person on August 17th. Additional donations are greatly appreciated. Participants do not need to be present on August 17th to win. Duck numbers will be assigned randomly.
