Trees for Beloit is a student-led, city-supported effort to replenish the urban forest of Beloit.

Interested in a reforestation project? Join our community tree planting program!

In an effort to combat the effects of the Emerald Ash Borer on our urban forest, we’ve teamed up with the city of Beloit to promote trees through both tree tags and a tree planting event.

Our goal is to plant 30 trees this fall in these two parks:
Riverside Park
Summit Park

We are in need of volunteers to help us on the day of the planting. It’s a great opportunity to practice environmental sustainability while engaging with your community. The planting is tentatively scheduled for: Late September/Early October

Interested? Come to an informational meeting!
