Learn from expert herbalist Linda Conroy of Moonwise Herbs about the healing benefits of wild plants. During this workshop, participants will be introduced to herbalism on a guided trail walk, make an herbal infused vinegar to take home, and taste herbal beverages. Tune into your body while being immersed in the sounds of nature. This beginner-friendly class is taught by Liliana Herbold, a local instructor who is passionate about making yoga accessible for all.
