A big thank you to the Willowbrook Terra Servo Environmental Camp for coming to Nature At The Confluence to help clean up the property along the creek. Terra Servo means “protect the earth” and these kids did a great job cleaning up invasive growth along Turtle Creek near the Rock River. They also planted milkweed seeds to help create monarch butterfly habitat.
Also, thank you to camp leaders Cindy Froman and Mike Rhines for bringing the kids to NATC for their 2nd year and helping instill in them a love of the earth and nature.[responsive]
